Reconstitution & syringe
U-100 insulin syringe: 100 units = 1 mL. Math: concentration = vial mg ÷ mL water; mL = dose ÷ concentration; units = mL × 100. The app shows all three every time because unit mix-ups caused 5–20× overdoses in FDA reports on compounded GLP-1s.
